Bernard Lax, our Founder, had a close friend from Georgia, who was a true connoisseur of moonshine. As you might imagine, this rebel of a friend had his special and unique ways of making his own batch. When you think of moonshine, there are probably elements of your story that match this story, but this recipe birthed our first signature spirit, KIN White Whiskey.
